as a result of a missing signature – this is after
several months of follow up inquiring if everything was
in order? Did you read the part that they are holding his
payments in another account and wanting the client to pay
back this money? Then in summary, our client was on the
phone with customer service at a Bank of America branch
for approximately two hours where the representative would
not live up to any wrong doings or mistakes.
